I need help-- moderator and admins alike- please look!

in my bank i had about 2b, and i sold sumthing for 900m then banked it, then i got my cash out...
97 coins is what i saw,
people told it was going over the limit, and i worker hard for that, i also heard that mods or admins will give you the cash back if you ask..
so please help me.
