Why Would I Make A Good Mod?

From the start of playing mmorpg games especially runescape where i 1st started playing when i am 7 yearsold i have tend to be a mod wanna be or GM, i would like to help poeple to the maximum of my abbility and help them in any ways i could help, not only helping poeple but also to uphold the justice and make sure that the game are up to the rules where bots and rulebreakers are not a threat to this server. and not only that i am an active gamers who seeks for a good standart of RPG games.
