Recovering my items - I Pwn U

Hey guys,

After the sever update/crash on the 3/1/10-4/1/10,
I logged in and found that my character was reset.
All my levels were returned to 1 (including thieveing)
I lost all my items in my bank.
Some of which include:
2 JWhips
10 Bandos Sets
5 AGS
5 BGS
2 Sov Blades
2 Blood Blades
etc etc.

I have no idea what happened to my account and if possible, would like an explanation

I hope that i can get my items back, and if not, i will have to re-hunt for them.

i got that bank whipe and level thingo too but ohwell.
